Product Manager
The ideal candidate should be a MBA with product management experience. Prior experience in a software product organization is a must. Candidates need to possess excellent communication skills.

Engineering Manager
5+ years experience in developing software products. Prior experience in dot net is essential. Also should have experience in leading a team.

Business Development Managers
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in sales and business development. Experience in technology industry would be an added advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a prerequisite for this position.

Software Engineers
Candidates should have 2+ years of experience. Prior experience in Dot net, asp net or SQL Server is essential.

Delivery Managers
Candidate should have to work closely with project stakeholders and client executives in order to successfully implement the clients’ vision. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills

Business Analysts
At least 3- 5 years of experience as Business Analyst with domain knowledge of multiple industries like IT, BPO, Marketing etc. Must be able to articulate business requirements of clients accurately to help identify business problems and propose solutions. Candidate should be able to document all business and technical requirements and have excellent communication skills. Knowledge of UML will be added advantage. Exposure to risk arrangement will be an added advantage.

Software Test Engineer
As a Test Engineer Candidate should have functional understanding of product domain, able to Generate & Execute the Test cases, Preparation of Bug Reports and Test Summary Report. Should be able to Perform Functional Testing and Regression Testing.
